The main overall actions and roles during the last 20 years was the following:

Facilitation , coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the impacts of the projects implemented by developmental institutions on the life of the Palestinian people living in rural areas.

 

  • 01/2004-Present : Internal control And development in PARC

Tasks :  Developing of  Monitoring  Planning and Evaluation in PARC And Assessing Areas for improvement within PARC Structure.

 

  • 1997 - 2003 : Financial and Manager of PARC.

  • 1999 - 2000 :Financial and Administrative Manager of PARC.

Tasks :

  1. Take all necessary Procedures to control and safeguard PARC Assets.

  2. Suggest the Financial Policies and Necessary changes to Financial policies.

  3. Study and approve the financial report submitted to relevant parties.

  4. Coordinate with other departments and provide them with necessary information.

  5. Coordinate the relation with External Auditor.

  6. Coordinate the relation with Banks

  7. Revising budgets and approving the modification s befire sending to Donors.

  8. Communicate direct with donors in financial relations.

  9. Revise the budget against actual and reporting about to general director.

  10. Revising  and approving of cash flow and bank reconciliation.

  11. Allocation of Duties to the department staff.

  12. Representing PARC In Financial Maters.

  13. Any other relevant duties.
